Custom Home Build

This price is for the intial consultation. Amount will be credited to design fees if project moves forward.

All our services start with a complementary 15 minute phone consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your project, including budget, timeline, and where you are with the project.
Prior to an in-person meeting, you will receive an invite to join our online design platform to help keep all details about your project clear and transparent. The platform is where you will access your new client welcome packet and an introductory questionnaire to help us understand your design style, project scope, and details about your project.

Consultation Deliverables

During the in-person meeting, we will review your project, discuss the overall design of the home, including style, materials, color, priorities, and functionality. This initial meeting typically lasts approximately two hours as we walk through your home plan and how we can best help you during this process.
An overall color scheme and inspirational board will be delivered to you within 10 days of the in-person meeting for us to use to guide us over the next several months of material selection. We will also delivery a proposal of our design services for this project based on the project size and scope.

Material Selection and Execution

As part of this package, we will accompany you to local product selection visits, ensuring that your materials and finishes align with the design plan and that the color undertones complement each other to create a cohesive, balanced design.
Custom home builds can be complicated projects, and problems will arise during this process. It is our job as your designer to help you manage and mitigate these problems and to help you create a beautiful, functional home.
Depending on the location of your build, we can be available to come onsite periodically for walk throughs. We are also available to assist you and/or your contractor with questions via video call throughout the process.
